EQED Resilience Courses

We work with leaders and teams to develop an advanced and powerful toolkit of resilience behaviors, skills and capacities to thrive in the midst of uncertainty and change. 

Resilience One

In this initial 5-week course, we introduce a toolkit of resilience skills based on the workings of the human brain and nervous system. We focus on the individual leader or team member addressing self regulation on the instinctual, emotional and mental levels. From there, we add the interpersonal and team dimensions in order to begin building the habits that cultivate resilience in our lives at work and at home. The course is experiential and combines online content with weekly group practice sessions.

Resilience Two

In this second course, we build upon the foundational learnings from the initial course but now our prime focus is on the interpersonal and team dimensions. Leaders learn to co-regulate and create psychological safety, which is the number one predictor of team performance, and develop advanced skills in high stakes conversations and feedback. In addition to the weekly practice sessions, participants will complete a series of exercises at work to practice supporting their teams around resilience and begin implementing the resilience tools with others.
